Our Mobile Service Standards
As a professional mobile massage service, we operate differently than a traditional spa setting.
All appointments are secured with full payment at the time of booking. No payments are handled on site.
Because we travel to private homes, hotels, and vacation properties — and often send one or multiple therapists for on-call bookings — advance payment serves as both a scheduling and safety measure.
Each booking reserves a dedicated 2–3 hour time block, including travel and setup. Once confirmed, that time is exclusively yours.

Mobile services — much like private chefs, photographers, and other on-location professionals — require advance booking to secure time and resources.
This structure allows us to operate safely, professionally, and consistently across Prince Edward Island.
Mobile Service Policies
Distance Travel Policy
Oasis On-The-Go proudly services locations across PEI.
For appointments located 30 minutes or more outside Charlottetown, a 90-minute minimum booking is required per location.
This ensures extended travel time, setup, and scheduling are properly accounted for while maintaining a premium mobile spa experience.
If multiple clients are booked back-to-back at the same address, the 90-minute minimum may be met through combined appointments.
Mobile Waxing Policy
To ensure efficiency and travel time coverage, waxing appointments must meet a minimum service value of $80 for mobile visits.
Smaller services (such as brow or chin only) are welcome when:
• Combined with another waxing service
• Added to a massage or facial
• Booked as part of a waxing package
This allows us to maintain high-quality mobile service while traveling to your home, hotel, or rental property.
