Choose relaxation pressure to calm the nervous system and unwind, or firm pressure to focus on areas of muscle tension and fatigue. Your session may include hot towels, back work, and attention to the neck, shoulders, legs and feet. Perfect for stress relief, everyday muscle tension, or a quick reset during a busy day. For more comprehensive full-body therapeutic work, consider our 90-minute session.
Cancellation Policy
Payment & Booking • A valid card is required to reserve your appointment. • You may choose to pay in full at the time of booking, or your card will be securely charged 24 hours prior to your scheduled service. • Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, including travel, setup, and preparation. Cancellations & Changes • Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice for a full refund or no charge. • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the service total. • Same-day cancellations or missed appointments are non-refundable and may be charged in full to the card on file. • If you need to make a change to your booking, please contact us as soon as possible so we can accommodate other clients. Travel & Time Commitment • As a fully mobile service, each appointment includes dedicated travel time and preparation for your location. Late changes may prevent us from accommodating other clients. Refunds • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment. • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (or e-transfer)
