Service Description
Perfect for guests or locals looking for a more clinical treatment approach while still enjoying the ease of in-home service. Please note that RMT appointments are separate from our non-RMT spa massage services. Important: Clients pay upfront and may submit their receipt to their insurance provider if their plan allows. Direct billing is not available at this time. For more comprehensive full-body therapeutic work, consider our 90-minute session.
Cancellation Policy
Payment & Booking • A valid card is required to reserve your appointment. • You may choose to pay in full at the time of booking, or your card will be securely charged 24 hours prior to your scheduled service. • Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, including travel, setup, and preparation. Cancellations & Changes • Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice for a full refund or no charge. • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the service total. • Same-day cancellations or missed appointments are non-refundable and may be charged in full to the card on file. • If you need to make a change to your booking, please contact us as soon as possible so we can accommodate other clients. Travel & Time Commitment • As a fully mobile service, each appointment includes dedicated travel time and preparation for your location. Late changes may prevent us from accommodating other clients. Refunds • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment. • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (or e-transfer)
