Cancellation Policy

• To ensure availability, reservations must be made in advance. • Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours before your scheduled service will incur the 50% of the service fee. a 50% deposit is required at booking time to hold your time slot and book your mobile therapist. • Therapists will arrive 10–15 minutes early for setup. Please ensure the space is comfortable, quiet, and free of interruptions. • For your safety, therapists reserve the right to decline treatment if contraindications are present. • Prices are exclusive of tax & gratuity unless otherwise stated.
