At Oasis On-The-Go Mobile Massage PEI, we understand that plans can change. Our policies are designed to respect your time, protect appointment availability, and ensure fairness for all guests.
Because mobile massage requires travel time and dedicated scheduling, we kindly ask all guests to review the following policies before booking.
1. Cancellations
24-Hour Cancellation Requirement
Cancellations made with 24 hours’ notice or more may be rescheduled or refunded without penalty.
Late Cancellations (Less Than 24 Hours)
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment time are subject to a 50% cancellation fee, as this time was reserved exclusively for you.
Same-Day Cancellations or No-Shows
If you cancel on the same day or do not show up for your appointment, the full service amount will be charged.
2. Rescheduling
You may reschedule your appointment once without penalty if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.

Last-minute reschedule requests (less than 24 hours) may be treated as cancellations and are subject to the same cancellation fees.

3. Refunds
Eligible Refunds
Refunds are available when:

Oasis On-The-Go cancels your appointment due to travel conditions, illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances

A cancellation is made with more than 24 hours’ notice

A duplicate payment or booking error occurs
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

4. Late Arrivals
If you arrive late to your appointment (or are not prepared for an in-room session at the scheduled time), your service may be shortened out of consideration for the next guest.
The full service fee still applies.
5. Health-Related Cancellations
If you are feeling unwell, experiencing symptoms of illness, or have a condition that may be contraindicated for massage, please contact us as soon as possible.
We may waive cancellation fees in certain health-related cases at our discretion.
6. Weather & Travel Conditions
Severe weather or unsafe travel conditions on PEI may require rescheduling or cancelation of mobile services.
If Oasis On-The-Go must cancel due to road safety, you will receive:

A full refund or
-
Priority rebooking at the earliest available time
Your safety and our safety come first.

7. Gift Certificates & Prepaid Services
Gift certificates and prepaid sessions are:

Non-refundable

Fully transferable to another guest

Valid for the service value at time of purchase
